MARKETER FOR CHICAGO OFFICE

GLENDALE, Calif. -- (Market Wire) - March 16, 2009 - American Realty Advisors is pleased to announce that Jennifer Lundmark has joined the firm as Director, Marketing and Client Service. Ms. Lundmark will be based in the firm's Central Region Office in Chicago, IL. In this role, she will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing institutional business relationships for the firm's full range of real estate investment products. American welcomes Ms. Lundmark to expand the firm's sales and client servicing capabilities nationwide.

Ms. Lundmark brings to American 13 years of experience in the investment industry. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Institutional Sales at Goldman Sachs where she developed new business opportunities in GSAM's multi-product platform with Taft-Hartley plan sponsors nationwide. In another role at GSAM, she represented the firm's global liquidity investment products to corporate clients. Prior to that, she was an Account Executive for Heller Financial, Inc., a middle market commercial finance lender in Chicago. Ms. Lundmark holds a B.S. in Finance from the Miami University in Ohio.
