AMERICAN REALTY ADVISORS ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION
OF
DANIEL ROBINSON TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
GLENDALE, Calif. - July 6, 2007 - American Realty Advisors is pleased
to announce the promotion of Daniel Robinson to Managing Director
of the firm's Finance/Investment Consulting division.
Mr. Robinson leads American's Finance/Investment team, providing
real estate consulting services to pension plans nationwide and
serving as a Qualified Professional Asset Manager ("QPAM")
to ERISA-governed pension plans. In addition, Mr. Robinson oversees
the origination, underwriting, and management of American's senior
mortgage investment portfolios and manages all borrowing activity
for the firm. Over the past five years, American's consulting group
has successfully undertaken over 100 engagements involving acquisition,
disposition, development, leasing, and asset management, involving
a total of $2 billion in real estate assets on behalf of major pension
plans. Mr. Robinson has over 23 years of experience in the real
estate industry, and will continue to serve as a member of American's
Investment Committee. Prior to joining American in 1993, Mr. Robinson
held senior positions at American Real Estate Group and Metropolitan
Life.
