    Jay Butterfield is American Realty Advisors’ Managing Director, Fund Operations, responsible for overseeing the fund-level operations of American’s commingled and separate accounts and for directing marketing and client service for American's real estate products and services to the institutional investment community. Mr. Butterfield also serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

    Prior to joining American, Mr. Butterfield was Vice-President with Prudential Investments, where he represented the firm's multi-asset investment capabilities to Taft-Hartley plans, public employee retirement systems and corporate plan sponsors in the Western United States and Canada. He has been a CFA® charter holder since 1984.

    Mr. Butterfield has more than 38 years of real estate experience and earned a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

  • Todd Fowler

    Todd Fowler is a Director, Marketing and Client Service for American Realty Advisors, responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing institutional business relationships for the firm’s full range of real estate investment products. Mr. Fowler is based out of the firm’s Central Region Office in Chicago, IL.

    Prior to joining American, he served as Head of Investor Relations for Mesirow Financial Institutional Real Estate, where he was responsible for developing new business opportunities nationwide. Prior to that, he was a Vice-President and Portfolio Manager for Verde Realty, a private REIT, located in El Paso, TX.

    Mr. Fowler has over 25 years of investment experience and earned a B.A. degree from the University of Kansas.

  • Richelle Hayes

    Richelle Hayes is a Director, Marketing and Client Service for American Realty Advisors responsible for developing and expanding client and consultant relationships for American’s commingled fund clients. She is based out of the firm’s Orlando office.

    Prior to joining American, Ms. Hayes was Vice President of Client Services for ICC Capital Management, where she worked closely with clients and consultants based in the Southeast U.S. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Corporate Relations for the American Hospital Association in Florida, responsible for developing client relationships with senior executives of member hospitals, following various positions in financial relationship management within the national managed health care industry. Ms. Hayes is currently the Secretary on the Advisory Board of the Florida Public Pension Trustee Association.

    Ms. Hayes has over 23 years of investment experience and earned a B.S. degree from the University of Central Florida and an M.B.A. and M.A. from Webster University.

    Jon Lulu is a Director, Marketing and Client Service for American Realty Advisors, responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing institutional business relationships for the firm’s full range of real estate investment products. Mr. Lulu is based out of the firm’s Central Region Office in Chicago, IL.

     Prior to joining American, he served as a Managing Principal and Member of the Investment Committee at WHI Real Estate Partners, where he managed and executed the organization the firm’s real estate investment funds. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets for Equity International, a Chicago-based private equity firm with a global real estate investment strategy.  Throughout his career, Mr. Lulu has held varied responsibilities across investment research, acquisitions and portfolio management, all on behalf of institutional real estate investors.

    Mr. Lulu has over 22 years of investment experience and earned a B.A. from the State University New York and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

    Jeffrey Miller is a Director, Marketing and Client Service for American Realty Advisors, responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing relationships with institutional investors for the firm’s full range of real estate investment products.

    Prior to joining American, Mr. Miller co-founded Barrington Capital Partners, where he served as the firm’s Director and was responsible for the oversight of sourcing acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and the underwriting of investments for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Southeast U.S. regional markets. Prior to that, Mr. Miller also co-founded and served as a Director for Challenger Financial Services group, where he led their U.S. investment operations

    Mr. Miller has over 35 years of real estate experience and earned a B.S. degree from the University of Virginia and an M.S. from the Pratt Institute.

    Teri Noble is a Director, Marketing and Client Service for American Realty Advisors, responsible for marketing American’s full line of real estate investment management services, including commingled fund and separate account investment programs, to institutional clients in the Western United States.

    Prior to joining American, Ms. Noble served as the Senior Vice President of Relationship Management at BNY Convergex, where she was responsible for relationship management with plan sponsors and consultants, and for developing new business opportunities throughout the institutional investor and investment consultant community.

    Ms. Noble is a founding board member of the Women’s Institutional Investment Network of Los Angeles, and recently served as Board Director for the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco. She has over 20 years of investment experience, and earned a B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from Saint Mary’s College of California.

    Robert Samuel is a Director, Marketing and Client Service for American Realty Advisors responsible for marketing the firm’s full line of real estate investment management services, including commingled fund and separate account investment programs, to the Taft-Hartley, multi-employer, and public pension fund communities.

    Prior to joining American, Mr. Samuel was a consultant to the following firms and institutions: the Amalgamated Bank of New York (owned by UNITE), the AFL-CIO Executive Committee 2000, the Union Labor Life Insurance Company, and the Australian Conference of Major Superannuation Funds. Prior to this, he was the Taft-Hartley marketing representative for AmCal Advisors, a real estate investment management firm that serviced Taft-Hartley pension plans.

    Mr. Samuel has also worked for a variety of labor retiree organizations and began his career as a Congressional Legislative Assistant after a brief period as a field coordinator for the AFL-CIO Committee on Political Education.He has more than 29 years of investment experience and earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. and has pursued advanced education from, Harvard University and the University of Rhode Island.
